Hi!
Since we have arrived in Bukoba a lot has happened. A foundation for the water tank has been constructed at the spring. We have installed the pump in the tank and water can now be pumped to factory through pipelines. We have plastered the walls of the factory and tiles have been layed. We have also installed a water tank inside the factory where water will be collected for filtration. Working with our project provider Johannes is going great! Together, we are visiting bars, parties and football matches around Bukoba. We also have a lot of contact with the community and we are playing lots of football with the children from the neighbourhood! In the coming weeks we will order a suitable filtration system and start filtering the first batches of water!
