Ed Winters: The hidden costs of our food choices

After a few months of starting up the new board, it was time for the first event: an evening lecture of no one less than Ed Winters! The animal activist with over 500000 followers across social media came to speak about the food choices we make and the environmental impact these have. After a vegan dinner that was fully booked we went to the lecture hall and enjoyed the intriguing story of Ed together with 100 attendees. The evening ended with questions from the audience before Ed had go back to the train station to continue his tour around Europe.
