Helping Sudanese refugees
In Cairo there are many Sundanese refugees that escaped from the Sudanese civil war. Many of them live under bad circumstances and have no prospect off a job or asylum. With the R3Developments project these people are helped to build up their own small business in a way that they can provide themselves life sustenance and contribute something to the comunity as whole.
80 Refugees can apply to this course and get workshops on different skills, like stitching or gaining computer skills. On the end of the month they get a certificate, which will help many of them a lot further. That is because most of the time they had to leave their passport and diplomas behind.
After that, 15 people of this group get training in entrepreneurship and the top 10 to 12 of them also gets material to start up their own company.
