Five IDE master students design a bicycle for entrepreneurs in rural Ghana.
A group of five international IDE students will design a new type of bicycle as part of the Joint Master's Project. They will also investigate the possibilities for setting up a transport and electricity network in combination with the bicycles. With their project they want to help the local Ghanaian entrepreneurs by making the daily work easier and more profitable for them.
The project will start in September and will last six months. The goal is to deliver a concrete design after six months. We are curious about the end result! You too? Follow Design4Africa via this site, our facebook or their own blog: design4africa.org
