Hi everybody!
Here's another update on the Flamingo Water Pump. We are safely back in the Netherlands after two months in Sierra Leone. But the question is, what have we achieved?
In total we installed seven pumps at seven different schools. With this we have helped more than 8000 people! This gives children and their families access to safe water which they can easily pump. Everyone was very grateful.
Even though we're back, we're not done yet! We are still trying to contact the municipality and the Ministry of Education to see what the future possibilities are for these pumps. You'll hear what the outcomes are in our next update!
