Happy new year! Before christmas we already built three hydroponics tables, and together with some young people from the village we built a canopy of local and sustainable materials to protect the crops from heavy sunlight. Unfortunately, this canopy doesn't stop the rain, so we still have to find a sustainable solution for this. Good news is that we found two enthousiastic farmers who want to buy a hydroponics table. We will build these tables toghether with them, so they can do this by themselves in the future or even show others how to build it. A third table will be placed in the village where we are staying, so the young people can also try to grow vegetables with it. We are still looking for enthousiastic farmers to buy the last two tables.
