MilieuDefensie is the first organization worldwide to hold Shell responsible for their CO2 emissions. They were, indeed, the first to take the initiative to file a case against the multinational that, despite the growing climate crisis, continued to pollute the planet. The case took place in December, the judge will rule 26th May. Exciting!
